About the Victoria Falls Boxing Academy. Headed by Tobius Muposiwa, this group of dedicated boxers had previously earned the moniker of the “Bush Boxers”, as they trained in the surrounds of Victoria Falls town. Now, with the help of their own trust and outside sponsorship, the Academy proudly has a new home, with equipment supplied by kind donors and will open its doors to the public in 2020. The Academy not only trains some of Zimbabwe’s up and coming boxers but through Tobius’ mentorship, works with at-risk children, giving them a safe, healthy space to be in and teaches them discipline and life skills, transforming lives.
